National Counseling Week Observed Feb. 4-10

In celebration of National Counseling Week,  School Counselors are being acknowledged for being actively engaged in helping students examine their abilities, strengths, interests and talents; for working in a partnership with parents as they encounter the challenges of raising children in today’s world; for focusing on positive ways to enhance students’ social/personal, educational and career development; and working with teachers and other educators to provide an educational system where students can realize their potential and set healthy, realistic and optimistic aspirations for themselves.  Be sure to say “Hi”

to Mrs. Stephanie Hunnel, RMS’ School Counselor, this week.

We Love You, Mrs. Hunnel!

Advice From Our Counselor: These things are critical to your future success.  Watch your thoughts, they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.
